AP5000 AIR CUSHION SYSTEM is a new type of cushioning packaging material composed of 4 columns of air cushion cushions. It provides JUST IN TIME (real-time online) work efficiency requirements. You can cut the length according to your needs, and the required filling volume can be easily changed and adjusted by you.
This Air Cushion has two raw material options for you to choose from: one is a PA/PE film made from high-strength PA (Oriented Polyamide) combined with linear low-density polyethylene (LLD Polyteene). Another type is PE/PE film made by co extrusion of low-density polyethylene (LD Polyhene).
Compared to other protective filling products, the Air Cushion System provides the following more favorable conditions:

• Previously, the warehouse required a large inventory of buffer materials, which will no longer be needed from now on. Because the AIR Cushion System cushioning cushion can be launched in real-time and produced immediately, there is no need to stockpile any cushioning materials.
• The AIR Cushion cushion is composed of 99% air and 1% adhesive film. Its packaging material is directly sent from the raw material production site to the production site, which can save a lot of shipping costs.
• The AIR Cushion cushion provides excellent support, with a single individual cushion capable of withstanding a force of 100kg.

• Under normal usage conditions, the AIR Cushion cushioning system can save you 30% to 50% of costs. After your customer receives the product, the AIR Cushion cushion can still be reused without generating unnecessary waste.
• The AIR Cushion cushion has no environmental issues whether it needs to be recycled or completely destroyed and discarded. The AIR Cushion cushion is completely clean in terms of raw materials (film) or finished products (cushion) under any production, use, or placement conditions, and will not cause any pollution.
